Clement Cazalot is CEO of Machinery Partner, a company that helps buyers and sellers of heavy equipment to grow faster and easier with the technology and industry expertise to match their needs.

Before leading Machinery Partner, Cazalot was an investor in mining, manufacturing, insurance, and software startups. In this way, he gained a unique perspective and guest-lectured at MIT, Harvard and other Boston-based universities on innovations.

Formerly, Cazalot was the Managing Director of Techstars Boston. Prior he was also the CEO and co-founder of docTrackr before it was acquired by Intralinks (NYSE: IL). Within four years, the company's technology was used by 99% of the Fortune 1000 in the US.

When not with clients, he is a father and avid runner.
